The Children’s Home ‘Hanukkah’ (meaning dedication) in the Ghanaian village Sunyani was opened in August 2006. We chose this particular city (400 kilometers Northwest of Accra) because there are so few facilities available for families with children, let alone for orphans in the area. The availability of health care and education in this extremely impoverished community is so little.
Pom Pom donate's on a regular base to Hanukkah.

The foundation does not receive a subsidy of any kind from the Ghanaian government. They are fully dependent on the donations of individuals and businesses.
